“Ce vin présente une robe brillante et vive, d’un jaune or intense avec des nuances ambrées. Le nez est d’une grande richesse au travers d’une palette de fruits mûrs et confits (abricot sec, compote de pêche et de poire, figue, datte, notes boisées, caramel, vanille) et d’un fond minéral frais. La bouche est charpentée avec une texture suave et soyeuse. Les arômes confits (raisin de Corinthe, dattes, figue sèche, noisette, caramel) se développent avec harmonie et puissance. La finale longue et tonique est d’une surprenante et agréable fraîcheur. Ce vin élégant d’une franche maturité pourra accompagner des fromages à pâte persillée et des desserts crémeux ou chocolatés”
